何其乐博士,教授（Reader），博士生导师，任英国考文垂大学战略与领导学院副院长，主管科研工作，同时兼任学部科研委员会委员及科研领导小组成员。何博士现主要从事企业间信息传递、绿色物流供应链、农业可持续发展等方面的研究，领导或参与多项科研课题项目，并在国际知名学术期刊、专著及重要学术会议发表70余篇学术论文，其中包括International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Production Research, Supply Chain Management: An International Journal, and Food Control等。何博士现在是英国高等教育学会高级会员（Senior Fellow of HEA），以及国际物流与运输协会资格特许会员(Chartered Member of CILT)，同时兼任不列颠管理学会（British Academy of Management）组织间合作专题组主席 （Chair of Inter-organizational Collaboration SIG），并多次组织主持国际会议及学术交流活动。何博士已连续两次入选英国科研评价体系（RAE2008，REF2014）。何博士同时也兼任两家国际学术期刊的编委会成员，以及多部国际知名期刊审稿人和多所大学的外部主考。

Dr Qile He, PhD, Reader in Operations Management, is currently the Associate Head of School for Research of the School of Strategy and Leadership at Coventry University. He is a member of the Faculty Research Committee and Faculty Research Leadership Team, and is also an Associate at the Centre for Business in Society. His research interests are in the area of knowledge transfer in the context of interfirm alliances. He is also interested in sustainable supply chain management, supply chain optimization in agriculture, as well as innovation strategies and processes of organizations. He has published over 70 papers in refereed journals, books, and leading international conference proceedings. Including prestigious international journals, such as International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Production Research, Supply Chain Management: An International Journal, and Food Control, He has supervised multiple PhD candidates to completion. He is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Chartered Member of Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. He is the co-chair for the Inter-organizational Collaboration SIG, British Academy of Management since 2013. He also serves in the editorial board of two international journals. He was a selected member of staff for RAE2008 and REF2014.
